Names…
As most have heard by now, Courtney Cox and hubby David Arquette named their first baby Coco. I just read yesterday that they came up with that name by taking the first two letters from Courtney’s first name and the first two letters of her last name. Interesting way to name your child. I’m sure when she is older, my daughter Jessica will be happy that I didn’t use that same method. Otherwise her name might be Pear.
We’re still trying to come up with names for our 2nd child. We find out one week from today, what the sex of the baby will be. We’ve pretty much decided on a name if it’s a girl. We both like Sydney. But we can’t decide on a name we like if we have a boy. Kerry, Sunny or Rob are definitely out of the question though.
At first we liked the name Max. But Jane now hates that name.
I sorta like Jake or Jordan, but I don’t think Jane likes either name. The problem is that we’re trying to come up with a name that has to meet certain criteria. 1) Obviously, it has to be a name we both like. 2) It has to be a name that Jane’s mom(who only speaks Thai) can easily pronounce. We don’t want her butchering her grandchild’s name. And 3) It has to sound good with Jessie’s name…i.e. “Jessie and ______.”
What names do you like(other than your own!)?
