Monday is here again. UGH! Anyways, my 48 Hour Diet ended last Thursday. I weighed myself Friday morning and I had dropped 8 lbs. Same as the first time I did the diet. Now I got to get my ass into gear and keep it off and lose even more. I was chatting online with my friend Lisa last night and we started talking about losing weight and I was getting pumped up about it. I told her starting starting Monday I was gonna go gungho and workout every chance I can get. When I logged off I was gonna hit the sack…but then I decided screw it…I was gonna start immediately. It was 12:15am…but I didn’t care. I felt like going to the gym. I have a 24 Hour Sport membership…and my membership only allows me to use the facilities on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. But since it was past midnight…it was technically Monday…so I went.

Worked on my abs, chest, and did some cardio(rode the stationary bike) for 20 minutes. While working out…I started thinking…how can I maximize the usage of my 4 day a week membership. Some days I want to work out but its a Tuesday or Thursday. Then it hit me. My work hours for the summer are 8am-5pm during the week except for Mondays and Wednesdays where I have to work from 10:30am-7:30pm. Well this would work out perfect.

Here’s my plan. I can work out Sundays when the clock hits midnight since it will technically be Monday. Also since I don’t have to work until 10:30 on Mondays anyways that works out well. Then Monday evening…I can work out as well as long as I get in before midnight. Then on Tuesday…if I wait til midnight again, it will technically be Wednesday so I’ll be able to hit the gym on Tuesdays. Same thing…Wednesday evening…if I want, I can work out again. Repeat that for Thursday and Friday. And Saturday I can do a regular workout…anytime during the day. So that works out awesome. I’m paying a lesser rate to do a MWFSa membership, but I can use the gym pretty much everyday. Now I probably won’t be hitting the gym 7 days a week, but it’s nice knowing that I can workout any day of the week that I want.
