Why can't I
retrieve my greeting card?
If you cannot view
your card, then it usually means one of two things.
1) You are entering
the wrong URL for your card. If you are clicking on the
link in the email you received and are unable to view
the card, try cutting and pasting the URL into your Web
browser.
2) Or your card has been deleted. Due to server space
issues, cards will be automatically deleted after 14 days.
Are you going
to sell or distribute my email address?
If the price is right...just
kidding. :) No, I do not sell or distribute any email addresses.
Anyone who knows me, knows that I am TOTALLY against junkmail(a.k.a
spam). If you don't know me, well then you're gonna have
to take my word for it.
Is there a
limit to how many cards I can send?
Yes and no. In general
I do not impose a limit on how many cards you send. However
to prevent spammers from using this site to mass send cards
advertising, there is a limit on how many cards you can
send at once. If you get a notice saying you have send too
many cards, try again in 30 minutes. I just ask that you
do not send any cards to people soliciting anything. I am
totally against spam. Also I ask that you do not send cards
threating anyone. Please use your best judgement...or I
will kill you. Thanks.
Can you add
more categories?
More than likely I
will not be adding new categories. If you are a regular
user of this site, you have probably noticed that I have
not added any new ones since 1999. I simply do not have
time to make additions to this site. Just be happy that
the site is even up. :)
Can you add
music or animation to your greeting cards?
This is something
I have thought about for quite some time. But I have decided
against this. The main reason being is that it will add
excess traffic to this site, and I am already exceeding
my traffic limit by quite a bit. Second reason is that I
have a limited amount of disk space. If I were to add music
or animation, I would have to decrease the quality of the
images I use for the greeting cards. That's something I
will not do. Sorry.
How do you
make any money if you offer this service for free?
The bottom line is
that I do not make any money off this site. I do it because
I enjoy it. It's fun and I believe people appreciate free
services such as this one.
Will you ever
start charging people for this service?
No I will not.
I think that charging people for this service would take
away from the site. Things are always more fun when they
are FREE! :) Don't you agree?

Sorry, but I will
not be providing any technical support beyond this help
page. I simply do not have the time. I know it sucks
to provide a service such as this and not provide support
for people who need help. But it's better than the alternative,
which is shutting down this site.
